Meet Our Founder
Danielle Friday, APRN-CNP
Founder & CEO, Gunter Family Medicine
With over a decade of front-line healthcare experience, Danielle Friday brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and community commitment to Gunter Family Medicine.
She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and her background spans family medicine, urgent care, and emergency response — providing her with the skills to deliver fast, effective, and thoughtful care across a wide range of patient needs.
Before opening her own clinic, Danielle worked at CommunityMed Family Urgent Care and spent over seven years in the Emergency Department at Medical City of Plano, where she earned multiple accolades, including “Heart” and “Brain” awards for life-saving response times and outstanding patient care.
Today, as a long-time Gunter resident, Danielle’s mission is to provide personalized, high-quality medical care in a setting that feels like home — putting patients first, every time.
